Cranberry, Pecan and White Chocolate Cookies

These are the perfect Christmas cookie! I’ve baked different varieties of this combo but this cookie recipe wins hands down. I first made these cookies last Christmas and needless to say everyone simply loved them and I received many compliments. These soft but chewy cookies are a gorgeous combination of smooth white chocolate, blended wonderfully with the cranberries, the rolled oats and crunchy pecans. These supreme white chocolate and cranberry bejewelled cookies are the finest you’ll ever taste and they won’t last long. They would make a perfect gift at Christmas, packed in a lovely box and tied with a ribbon.
*If you have any queries or questions, please leave a comment under the recipe and we will endeavour to reply to you as soon as possible.*

Wishing all our bakers a very Happy Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Hi Brenda

No need to apologise. I know what you mean about things and life in general getting in the way. I haven't blogged much in the last couple of months, a combination of not being in the mood and being busy too.

Glad your going to bake these cookies, they are delish!

Wonderful choice! I am going to make them (half batch) with a half batch of another meringue-type cookie so we can have a pretty Christmas cookie selection. I won't forget to take pics.

I made these last night and they are out of this world good. Hubby loved them also. The chewiness of the cranberries with the crunchiness of the nuts and the extra bonus of the chips is a winner. Thanks for selecting this one.
