Thanks Maria for a great bake this month, my family really enjoyed the lemon curd muffins. I am putting this recipe on my favourite list of bakes :0)

all the muffins look great & delicious.... i skipped this bake as i was eating too many cakes lately and i was sure i would eat all the lemon curd muffins myself, if i baked these... i will try to participate in the next bake.
